Job summary

Bay Creek Resort in Cape Charles, VA, part of Troon, is hiring a part-time Restaurant Staff Member. The successful candidate will assist in prep, staging, plating, and delivering food across the property, while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$12.77 - $12.87 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate deliveries, stocking and setting up kitchen stations.

Assist in prepping food for all locations on the property.

Plate food in a consistent and presentable manner.

Work together with the entire F&B staff to complete accurate orders in a timely manner.

Follow all proper hygiene and food safety standards.

Qualifications:

High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Serv Safe Certified preferred.

Have or willing to obtain Food Handlers Certificate.
