Exceptional craft beer, food and lively experiences! Locally owned and operated brewery with unique and popular restaurants is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Sous Chef / Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead their casual atmosphere, high volume, full service waterfront alehouse.

As Sous Chef, you are responsible for actively (hands on) performing all the kitchen duties while working with the Chef to oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve superior results. Responsibilities include sales, cost controls, employee training and retention, guest satisfaction, cleanliness & sanitation, all while maintaining a positive and lively work environment.
