Job summary

YaYa's Euro Bistro, part of PB&J Restaurants, Inc., is hiring a Restaurant Sous Chef. You will manage back-of-house kitchen teams and assist on the restaurant management team, ensuring strong culinary leadership.

Requirements include 2+ years of full-service restaurant culinary management, a touch of culinary creativity, and strict adherence to local, state, and federal sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of current sanitation regulations.
