Berg Hospitality Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead our social presence across multiple restaurant brands. This on-site role blends strategy with hands-on photo/video content creation and copywriting, working with Marketing, Operations and restaurant teams.

You will visit locations to capture engaging content, manage calendars, publish daily posts, and help drive events and promotions while tracking performance and optimizing campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media management or digital marketing.
• Ability to write compelling copy and adapt tone across brands.
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Travel between restaurant locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies and calendars.
• Create original photo, video and written content.
• Visit locations to capture food, beverage, and ambience content.
• Coordinate shoots and on-site execution with teams.
• Publish across platforms and monitor engagement metrics.
• Engage with followers, partners and influencers.
• Analyze performance and report monthly results.
• Support paid social campaigns and budget monitoring.
