Pressed Cafe is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to own the day-to-day social presence across platforms, capture and edit food-focused content, and craft engaging storytelling that elevates the brand. • Hands-on experience creating social content for a brand/organization.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual point of view and original work.
• Experience with food/restaurants or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day presence of Pressed across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Concept, shoot, edit, write, and publish compelling social content.
• Create short-form video from concept to publish, including audio and captions.
• Engage and manage social community across comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Own Pressed Cafe’s email Guest Relations and Zendesk conversations from start to finish.
