Job summary

Roy Rogers Restaurants in Thurmont, MD is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring quality food and a clean, welcoming dining room. You’ll be the go-to leader when the GM is away and will motivate the crew to deliver a memorable guest experience.

As the shift leader, you’ll coach team members, handle guest concerns, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure smooth, profitable operations while promoting a positive work environment.
