Job summary

Moe's Arboretum is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to run the restaurant in the absence of the Training/General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will uphold Moe's standards for quality, service and cleanliness while guiding the crew during busy shifts.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, training crew, managing cash procedures, payroll and inventories, conducting pre-shift meetings, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and available to work most shifts and weekends.
• Certified through Moe's training program.
• Complete the 30-day probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests enthusiastically and welcome them to Moe's Arboretum.
• Supervise shifts to maintain Moe's standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and team.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shifts to discuss procedures and promotions.
• Control payroll to meet labor cost standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP/Variance standards.
