Job summary

Burger King is a growing franchise offering opportunities across roles from Team Member to Restaurant Shift Manager. This position contributes to customer satisfaction by supervising, training and leading a team during a shift in a fast-paced BK environment.

You will ensure orders are taken promptly and courteously, resolve customer concerns, manage stock inventories, and handle cash at shift changes and close. Strong communication and reliability are essential at the Blaine location.

Qualifications

• Supervises trains, motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Resolves customer concerns and ensures prompt, courteous order taking.
• Takes inventory during shifts to determine stock needs and prevent shortages.
• Counts cash at shift changes and closings and prepares bank deposits.
• Ability to supervise, train and motivate team members; strong math and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
