Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the squad and deliver high-energy hospitality. You will set an example of service, coach frontline staff, and ensure operations run smoothly to create pizza experiences that feel personal and inviting.

You will mentor team members, uphold standards, and collaborate with the General Manager to engage the local community and maintain a positive restaurant atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation: $15.00 - $15.00 per hour plus tips.

Summary

As part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the squad crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, to create a place where everyone can experience pizza that is personal.

You will lead the making of pizzas for the veggie pioneers, pepperoni perfectionists, and plant-based pioneers. Pizzas built for carb cutters and culinary experimentalists. Together we’re creating an experience where pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.

• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
