Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. in Elgin, IL is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew and deliver pizzas and salads with energy, personal service, and a stand-out guest experience.

You will coach, mentor, and motivate front-line teammates, uphold operational standards, and work with the General Manager to strengthen the local restaurant community. Compensation is $16.00 per hour plus tips, with benefits including paid time off and insurance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Summary

As a part of the Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, what it means to create a place and platform where everyone can experience pizza that is personal.

You will lead the making of pizzas for the veggie pioneers, the pepperoni perfectionists, and the plant‑based pioneers. Pizzas built for carb‑cutters and culinary experimentalists. Together we’re creating an experience where pizza is personal and everyone belongs.

Compensation: $16.00 - $16.00 per hour plus tips.
