Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. in the Seattle area is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew in delivering pizzas and salads with energy, style and personal service.

You will model MOD values, mentor and coach front-line staff, manage shifts, and partner with the General Manager to keep operations smooth, host guests with a smile, and uphold quality and safety standards during busy service times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations.
• Must be at least 12 years old.

• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect.
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift.

Job description

Compensation: $22.65 per hour plus tips

Summary

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, what it means to create a place and platform where everyone can experience pizza that is personal.

You will lead the making of pizzas for the veggie pilers, the pepperoni perfectionists, and the plant-based pioneers. Pizzas built for the carb cutters and the culinary experimentalists. Together we’re creating an experience where pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.
