Fourteen Foods is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee daily operations at a Dairy Queen location. You will lead the team, ensure quality service, and uphold brand standards while learning management duties from the Assistant and General Manager.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with 1+ year supervising food service or retail, and able to pass a background check. English communication is essential to serve customers effectively.

Qualifications

• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; fluency in English may be essential for certain stations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products per brand standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
• Uphold Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards in daily operations.
