Job summary

Fourteen Foods is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Dairy Queen location to ensure high-quality customer service and food products while adhering to company standards. You will learn and assist with management tasks under the guidance of the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Applicants should be 18+, have 1+ years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, and pass a background check. English fluency is preferred for some stations in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; English fluency may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products per Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
