Fourteen Foods is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager for a Dairy Queen location. The role focuses on delivering quality customer service and food products while upholding brand standards, and supports learning opportunities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Requirements include being at least 18 years old and 1+ years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, plus the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
