This opportunity is part of a large Dairy Queen franchise network with growth potential. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, and must pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• The Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit, while assisting and learning management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
