Job summary

DiBella’s is hiring for a Restaurant Shift Manager to guide a fast-casual crew and ensure great guest service. You will help run the sub assembly, handle the register, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming. Training will be provided for new leaders who can motivate teammates with a positive attitude.

We offer part-time flexibility, weekly pay, and advancement opportunities. You’ll need a valid driver’s license and basic MS Office knowledge to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus and positive attitude are essential.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain upbeat customer interactions.
• Good communication and multitasking skills are required.
• Experience with shift scheduling is a plus.
• Basic food safety knowledge is preferred.
