Responsibilities

• As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you lead the crew on your shift and set the example for friendly, upbeat customer service.
• We will train you to make subs and you may also run the register, clean, schedule, and perform other shift duties.
• Read and interpret the crew handbook and prioritize tasks while balancing friendliness with efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to ensure a great guest experience.
