Job summary

DiBella’s is seeking energetic individuals for entry-level restaurant crewmembers with the potential to move into shift supervision. Training is provided and prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

You will learn subs, operate the register, and contribute to a clean, friendly dining environment. We offer flexible part-time hours, competitive weekly pay, paid vacation within the first year, advancement opportunities, and a matching 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work occasional nights, weekends and holidays.
• Standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and balance friendliness with efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew on your shift, setting an example of excellent, friendly customer service.
• Make subs, run the register, clean, schedule and perform other shift duties as needed.
