McDonald’s franchise restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts, plan operations, and ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service. This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits, with opportunities to grow within a franchisee-supported environment.

You will oversee shift planning, uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards, and coordinate with team members to meet targets. This position is ideal for someone with leadership experience who enjoys a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
• Minimum age 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants

Responsibilities

• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift
• Meet targets during shifts and help Departments achieve their goals
• Coordinate with crew and other managers to help run a restaurant that delivers great food and service
