Job summary

Shake Shack in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Restaurant Leadership role to manage shift service flow, directing team members to uphold safety, cleanliness, quality and speed. You will help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members and may assist with purchasing, receiving and inventory.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
