Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a high-performing team in our Minnesota Osseo location. You will manage service flow, maintain safety and cleanliness, and drive quality and speed on the floor.

The role emphasizes people development, interviewing, and supporting operational functions while upholding Shake Shack’s hospitality standards and values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
• Strong problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
