Job summary

Shake Shack in Burlington, Massachusetts is seeking an hourly supervisor to manage shift service flow, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality and speed. You will lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members and may assist with purchasing, receiving and inventory tasks.

The role involves interviewing applicants and supporting employee relations, with weekly pay and performance bonuses. This is a full-time, on-site position at Shake Shack locations.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification per local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Starting Hourly Rate - $20.00 - $24.00
