Job summary

DiBella’s is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead the crew, greet customers, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will train and motivate staff, oversee subs preparation, and manage the shift schedule with a focus on excellent service.

Qualified candidates will have prior restaurant experience, be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and be available for nights and weekends. We offer training and growth opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret the crew handbook.
• Prior restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant crew during shifts with friendly, upbeat customer service.
• Prepare subs and operate the register as needed.
• Schedule and supervise shift teams; manage daily duties.
• Maintain clean, efficient workstations and assist with training.

Each of member of our crew makes subs. We will teach you how to make a sub, but we need leaders to guide our crews. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you set the example of excellent, friendly, and upbeat customer service, and lead the crew through your shift. For this reason, we look to hire Restaurant Shift Manager with previous restaurant experience who are, fun yet firm when necessary, up-beat, and are leaders that motivate others.

Along with leading the crew, your day to day could include making subs, running the register, cleaning, scheduling, and other shift duties.

Some Position Specifics:
