Position: Shift Manager

The Shift Manager supports the Assistant Manager and General Manager by training and leading a team of crew members each shift. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Training, developing, and mentoring staff
2. Creating a warm, welcoming work and dining environment
3. Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
4. Maximizing store sales and profit goals
5. Maintaining QSC standards
6. Protecting Wendy's brand and assets
7. Demonstrating drive for results
8. Going above and beyond to serve our guests

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with all required documents per state and federal law
• Minimum of one (1) year Shift Manager or equivalent experience, preferably in high-volume QSR or fast casual concepts
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented, and customer-focused
