Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a restaurant shift lead to manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.

You will help build a high performing hourly team, participate in interviews and assist with employee relations, with perks including weekly pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, parental leave and more.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
• Strong problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Starting Hourly Rate - $19.50 - $23.50, as well as an additional $2/hour for certain shifts worked after midnight
