Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a shift supervisor to direct service flow, lead hourly team members, and support operations including purchasing, receiving, and inventory. You will participate in interviewing applicants and assist with employee relations to maintain high standards of hospitality and performance.

The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and quick service, with a focus on building a strong, cohesive team and delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
