Team Lyders is seeking a Part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations, supervise and train team members, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will help maintain brand standards and a positive work environment, with opportunities for leadership growth within the company.

In this role you will oversee shifts, manage inventory, assist with back-office tasks, and coach staff to deliver a consistent guest experience while upholding MIC and CORE standards in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.
