The role emphasizes building people capability, supervising shifts, and maintaining smooth restaurant operations while aligning with MIC routines and CORE performance goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders’ core values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.
• Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and back-office duties.
• Handle cash and daily banking tasks.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.
