Qualifications

• Ability to supervise during non-service hours and provide work direction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise open and close activities during non-service hours and provide work direction to crew members.
• Address performance problems and refer to unit manager for progressive discipline when needed.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service times; enforce safety and security policies.
• Monitor labor usage against sales readings and suggest corrective actions to the General Manager.
• Assist in training and cross-training of staff as directed by the unit manager.
