Askar Brands is seeking an energetic Shift Leader to help lead our restaurant team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager by overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring every shift runs efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a positive leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, motivating others, and providing outstanding customer service.

Formación

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience leading teams in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate team members during each shift.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure standards are met.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with scheduling and shift transitions.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and loss prevention policies are followed.
