Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew; assist with duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings before shifts to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, training.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and documents per company standards and regulations.
