Qualifications

• 18+ years old or older
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train talent
• 1 year of shift management experience
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness
• Train and develop crew under management
• Maintain cooperative relations with management and crew
• Conduct crew meetings to discuss procedures and safety
• Manage labor costs to meet standards
• Control inventory per company GAP
• Maintain reports per standards and regulations
• Maintain building and equipment with proper procedures
• Handle cash during shifts and ensure procedures are followed
• Present a professional appearance and uphold HR/safety policies
