Qualifikationen

• Internal Candidates: High performing Team Member certified in all hourly positions, with potential to advance to a management position.
• External Candidates: At least six months of shift leader or management experience.
• Basic computer skills required.

Aufgaben

• Attend scheduled shifts as required.
• Lead and model CHARM and CARE to guests.
• Recruit, train, develop, and communicate with Team Members daily.
• Adhere to wage and hour regulations and restaurant policies.
• Ensure all equipment is in good repair.
• Manage processes including line checks, thawing, prep lists, and food safety.
• Ensure food is prepared to spec regarding portion, prep, and plate presentation.
• Assist with execution of new initiatives including menu and product rollouts.
• Other duties as assigned.
