Job summary

Ruby Tuesday in Branson, MO is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to assist the management team in daily operations and staff development. You will coach and supervise 15–25 Team Members, uphold brand standards, and maintain a high standard of guest service.

The role requires presenting a professional image and leading by example. Responsibilities include training, recruiting support, adherence to wage/hour rules, and ensuring sanitation and food quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred.
• Internal Candidates: High performing Team Member who has been certified in all hourly positions, with potential to advance to a management position.
• External Candidates: At least six months of shift leader or management experience.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Attendance as scheduled is required.
• Lead and model CHARM and CARE to ensure excellent guest service.
• Assist management with recruiting, training, developing, and communicating with Team Members.
• Adhere to company policies, wage/hour regulations, and filing responsibilities.
• Ensure all equipment is in good repair.
• Manage processes including line checks, pull thaw, prep lists, and food safety.
• Verify food is prepared to spec regarding portion, prep, and plate presentation.
• Assist with execution of new initiatives including product and menu rollouts.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
