Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred; willingness to work varied shifts.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel) on PC.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash handling, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting
• Work with team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders promptly to meet service standards
• Oversee the cleanliness of the dining room and food preparation areas
• Ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained
