Qualifications
- Ability to work various shifts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean kitchen and follow food safety procedures.
- Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and food preparation.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
- Coaching staff to prepare and package orders to meet service standards.
- Oversee dining room and prep area cleanliness.
- Ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained.
