Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen and dining area.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and prep.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coach team members to prepare and package orders promptly and accurately.
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and food prep areas, equipment upkeep.
