Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help manage staff, ensure food safety, and deliver top-notch guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will support the General Manager, supervise kitchen and service teams, and help control costs while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and dining area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen and dining area with proper food safety practices.
• Drive sales and operational efficiency through effective ordering, stocking, inventory, and food prep.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity and reporting.
• Coach and develop team members to meet customer service standards and timely order preparation.
• Oversee cleanliness of dining and prep areas and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
