Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee's in Grandy, NC. Train to operate the restaurant in the absence of management, supervise shifts, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards with a focus on profitability.

You will lead crew, conduct pre-shift meetings, and ensure safety and compliance. This position offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a family-owned, values-driven company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable and consistent.
• Values teamwork and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew; assist with duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings before shifts to discuss operations, promotions and safety.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards and optimize profitability.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and deposits when in charge of a shift.
