Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee's in North Carolina. You will supervise shifts, train crew, uphold standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, and focus on profitability during each shift.

The role requires 1 year of shift management experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong teamwork. Competitive pay with benefits is available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with staff and management.
• Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards and budgets.
• Control inventory and ensure accuracy with standard procedures.
• Maintain records and reports per company guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed during shifts.
