Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee''s in North Carolina.

You will train to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, and supervise shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness with a focus on profitability. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver''s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings before shifts to review procedures.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed when in charge.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
