Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct restaurant activities during shift.
• Monitor sales, hours, and guest counts to ensure proper staffing.
• Direct hourly staff to fulfill duties and priorities.
• Coach staff on guest service, service cycle and standards.
• Interact with guests regarding food and service.
• Ensure breaks follow federal, state, and local regulations.
• Complete shift walk-throughs and temperature checks.
• Maintain security protocols for guest, employee and facility safety.
• Provide regular training and performance feedback to staff.
• Timely completion of payroll and receivables/payables reporting.
