Carrols Corporation is seeking a Burger King® Assistant Manager in Virginia Beach to lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold brand standards. You'll partner with the RGM to drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of leadership experience, a people-first mindset, and strong communication skills to grow and develop the team while delivering consistently great service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach Team Members to build skills and growth.
• Maintain BK brand standards for quality, service, cleanliness and safety.
• Support restaurant performance by improving guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the RGM to drive sales growth, labor control and cash handling.
