Pilot Company is looking for a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations and support store performance. You will deliver outstanding customer service, help manage daily tasks, and assist the managers to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

The role requires restaurant experience, strong math and computer skills, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays. Weekly pay and a team-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant operations.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team with different levels of staff.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Background check is required.
