Pilot Company in Colorado is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant staff and daily operations. You will deliver excellent customer service, support managers, and keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

The role requires familiarity with store operations, a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays, and a willingness to participate in a background check. Pay starts between $14.95 and $22.22 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check is required
