Job summary

N/A is seeking a Team Leader/Hourly Manager to assist in daily restaurant operations, supervise shifts, and ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. This role includes handling guest issues, training staff, and opening/closing the restaurant when needed.

The position focuses on maintaining efficiency, guest satisfaction, and adherence to policies while supporting management in daily tasks and cost control. A flexible schedule and onsite work are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising shifts preferred.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Ability to manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Deliver a positive experience for guests and team members.
• Manage both FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to control labor.
• Monitor speed of service to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest comments and complaints.
• Oversee daily shifts to uphold standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Assist in training team members and new hires.
• Enforce uniform policy and standards.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
• All other duties as assigned.
