Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling and cash integrity.
• Coach and develop staff in preparing and packaging orders to meet service standards.
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and food preparation areas.
• Ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained.
