Love's Travel Stops in Indiana is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help guide staff, ensure exceptional customer service, manage daily processes, and execute strategies that boost sales. You will train teammates, monitor safety standards, and support the General Manager to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with food safety.
• Drive sales via efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and food prep.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coach and develop team in preparing and packaging orders promptly to meet customer expectations.
• Oversee cleanliness of dining room and food prep areas.
• Ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained.
