Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, with adherence to food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Coach and develop team members in preparing and packaging customer orders to meet service expectations.
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and food preparation areas.
• Ensure restaurant equipment is properly maintained.
