Job summary

Onward Ventures LLC dba Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Youngstown is seeking energetic Shift Leaders for both full-time and part-time roles. You will lead and motivate the crew, coach team members, and help manage daily operations, including opening/closing and cash handling, in a fast-paced cafe environment.

You will ensure clean, high standards, deliver exceptional customer service, take orders, and prepare smoothies with precision.

Shift Leader (Full‑Time & Part‑Time)

What You'll Do
